I ask a lot of questions and like to know every little detail before I'm fully comfortable with an international trip. Jen was prompt with her answers and always reassured me about my worries. Plus she never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or that I was bugging her. She gave me updates on flight changes including times and gates, even a change as small as just a few minutes. And she sent us a welcome home text upon our return, letting me know that she had been keeping an eye on our flight. She helped me and my husband have a trip of a lifetime for our 1 year wedding anniversary! We will be using her for every big trip we go on going forward! Do yourself a favor and do the same.

Jennifer was referred to me by a mutual friend. I was seeking help to plan our honeymoon. Due to several complications, I contacted her quite last minute and with numerous limiting factors. Knowing; however, that it was a once in a lifetime experience for us, Jennifer worked tirelessly to find us an extraordinary package in our budget. She was patient, kind & totally fun to work with (which is saying something given the stress I was under). Jennifer planned our Disney vacation and it was a vacation we'll never forget! She guided us through all of the planning and made it easy to plan throughout the year. She answered all of our questions and made recommendations which was really helpful. When it came time to go, there was no stress and we had the time of our lives. Jennifer event sent us a nice carry bag for the trip and a bracelet for my daughter - what a nice touch! We highly recommend Jennifer for your travel experiences. Customer service at its best!

Jennifer went above and beyond to accommodate our changed schedule! She provided us with backpacks before we left -- these were lifesavers on our excursions! I would not book another trip unless I used Jennifer as our agent!

The best thing I can say about Jennifer is that she made travel easy. She got us a beautiful room in a hotel with excellent restaurants and amenities. We returned from the days work to an oasis with grand views and fine food.
